📞 Forward your mobile phone calls to MYRA

MYRA can be connected to your clinic's mobile phone without changing your clinic’s public number.



Forwarding your calls ensures that when you’re busy, away, or after hours, MYRA professionally answers on your clinic's behalf, capturing bookings, enquiries, and messages seamlessly. Patients will continue to call the same number listed on Google Maps, business cards, and your website.



Why Clinics Use MYRA


  • Ensure every call is answered, even outside business hours.

  • Eliminate missed calls during peak times.

  • Provide a consistent and professional first impression.

  • Free up reception staff to focus on patients in the clinic.




Before You Begin


You’ll need:


  • Your unique MYRA Health phone number (provided during setup).

  • Your mobile phone (iPhone or Android), where you receive business calls (not your personal mobile)



For iPhone (iOS)

Option 1: Forward All Calls

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Scroll down and tap Apps.

  3. Scroll down and tap Phone.

  4. Tap Call Forwarding.

  5. Tap the number you use for business calls.

  6. Turn Call Forwarding ON.

  7. Tap Forward To, and enter your MYRA number (include the area code, e.g. 02 or 03).

  8. Exit the menu — your calls are now forwarded.

✅ Tip: A small phone-forward icon may appear in your status bar when active.




Option 2: Forward When Busy / Unanswered (via Dial Codes)

If you’d like calls to go to MYRA only when you can’t answer, use your dial pad:

Press Call after typing each code.

You’ll see a confirmation message that forwarding is activated.


To cancel, dial the matching code with ## instead (e.g., ##21#), then press Call.



For Android Phones

Option 1: Forward All Calls

  1. Open the Phone app (the one you use to make calls).

  2. Tap the three dots (⋼) or menu icon, then tap Settings or Call Settings.

  3. Tap Calling Accounts or SIM settings if prompted.

  4. Tap Call Forwarding.

  5. Choose the SIM you use for your business calls.

  6. Select Always Forward, then enter your MYRA number.

  7. Tap Enable or Turn On.


Option 2: Forward When Busy / Unanswered

In the same Call Forwarding menu:

  • Tap When busy, When unanswered, or When unreachable.

  • Enter your MYRA number for each scenario you’d like MYRA to handle.

  • Tap Enable or Turn On.


✅ Tip: Most practitioners set:

  • When busy → MYRA

  • When unanswered → MYRA

That way, you still receive calls first — and MYRA catches the rest.



To Turn Off Forwarding


iPhone:

Go to Settings → Phone → Call Forwarding → toggle Off.

Android:

Go to Phone → Settings → Call Forwarding → select each option → tap Turn Off.

Or, dial: ##002# and press Call.

This cancels all active call forwarding.
