  • Myra is powered by a proprietary custom-designed blend of state-of-the-art language models and speech technologies, carefully curated and optimised for clinical environments. While the exact stack is constantly changing, we’ve focused on high accuracy, speed, and privacy compliance.

  • Myra has been trained using a combination of healthcare-specific scenarios, consultation with clinical stakeholders, and simulated real-world interactions. We continuously refine it using anonymised data and expert input to improve accuracy and tone.

  • If Myra detects an issue outside her scope, she will politely offer to transfer the caller to the clinic or take a message for a callback, ensuring the patient always feels heard and supported.

  • Minimal. During onboarding, we collect key practice preferences (e.g. doctors, availability, cancellation policy), then handle the technical setup and integration — with support throughout.

  • Data is processed securely and transiently — meaning we don’t retain patient information after the call is completed.
